If you are affected by any of these, we advise that you self-isolate, limit contact with others, and seek advice by telephone from your healthcare provider.

Everyone entering our clinics is required to wear a mask / face covering that covers the mouth and nose and practice social distancing in our waiting areas.

Only patients are allowed in our clinics. No visitors will be allowed in waiting areas or patient treatment areas.

If your upcoming appointment is one that your provider feels would be appropriate for a telemedicine visit, one of our staff members will reach out to you with instructions.

We are working to reschedule any patients who may have missed a prior appointment.

Thank you for your patience and support. Now and in the future our highest priority will always be to protect our patients, staff and physicians.
