(COVID-19) Precautions

While many people have now been vaccinated against COVID-19, the CDC reminds us that it’s critical to keep taking precautions to prevent it.  

We want to reassure our patients that our practice is continuing to follow all CDC guidelines.  

Our physicians and staff will continue using personal protective equipment as recommended and we will continue to pre-screen our patients prior to their scheduled appointment.  

Please call prior to coming to one of our clinics if you or any members of your household have any of the following:

  • Coronavirus  (COVID-19) Precautions Fever

    Fever (Suspected or actual temperature of 100.4°F / 38.0°C or greater)

  • Coronavirus  (COVID-19) Precautions Cough

    Cough / shortness of breath / difficulty breathing

  • Coronavirus  (COVID-19) Precautions Shortness of Breath and Difficulty Breathing

    Muscle pain

  • Coronavirus  (COVID-19) Precautions Headache


  • Coronavirus  (COVID-19) Precautions Sore Throat Loss of Taste Or Smell

    Sore throat or loss of taste and smell

  • Coronavirus  (COVID-19) Precautions Tested for COVID-19 or Exposed to Someone with COVID-19

    In the last 14 days you have been tested for Coronavirus COVID-19, been directly exposed to someone with a confirmed case, or someone being tested for Coronavirus COVID-19

  • Coronavirus  (COVID-19) Precautions Congestion Or Runny Nose

    Congestion or runny nose

  • Coronavirus  (COVID-19) Precautions Nausea Or Vomiting

    Nausea or vomiting

  • Coronavirus  (COVID-19) Precautions Diarrhea


This list does not include all possible symptoms. The CDC will continue to update this list as they learn more about COVID-19.

If you are affected by any of these, we advise that you self-isolate, limit contact with others, and seek advice by telephone from your healthcare provider.

Everyone entering our clinics is required to wear a mask / face covering that covers the mouth and nose and practice social distancing in our waiting areas.

If your upcoming appointment is one that your provider feels would be appropriate for a telemedicine visit, one of our staff members will reach out to you with instructions.
